Fireweed, Juneau, Alaska

Every tourist and his grandmother takes this photo, so I might as well too. It is likely among the most photographed spots in Alaska because it is very scenic (especially when the fireweed is in bloom) and is right along the main highway in Juneau. I drove past this location back and forth to work for 26 years, so I have seen it literally 1000s of times. In the background you can see a distant view of the Mendenhall Glacier.
