Velma
Jinkies!
Velma Dinkley--yes, I had to look up her last name--has been solving mysteries now for 50 years. She's often regarded as the brains of the Scooby-Doo Gang, and, over the history of the show, usually is the one who puts together the clues first. As long as she doesn't lose her glasses, anyway. She's not afraid to get in and mix it up with the bad guys, either; Velma rarely shows fear, even when it makes sense to do so. Incidentally, Velma probably has had the most voice actors/actresses of anyone on the Scooby-Doo show: no less than 12 actresses have either voiced Velma, or played her in the live-action versions.
This spot-on Velma was at Miscon 30 in 2016. There were a lot of great cosplays at Miscon that year, but unfortunately for me, I was dealing with some health issues then, and wasn't able to get nearly the amount of cosplay pictures I wanted to.
