Seras and the Harkonnen
I've only seen about half of Hellsing (my schedule doesn't allow for a lot of anime viewing at once; I usually have to piecemeal series), but what I've seen I like. Much like Spike Spiegel of Cowboy Bebop, I'm apparently attracted by female characters who can kick ass, and Seras Victoria is one of them.
Seras Victoria, in the series, was a policewoman who got in the wrong place at the wrong time, and ends up turned into a vampire by the series protagonist, Alucard. She has a bit of a time adjusting to her new existence (especially her dependence on, shall we say, a warm, red, liquid diet), but her enhanced strength is such that she can fire her Harkonnen cannon--basically an antitank rifle used for hunting vampires. (Or anything else in the way.)
In any case, I've got a few Seras Victorias in my album, but this was the first I've met with the Harkonnen cannon. It's an enormous prop, and due to ACen rules has to be broken down for travel. That's more than I would want to carry around at a crowded convention! (The name of the gun is a deliberate reference to the Harkonnen family in Frank Herbert's Dune.) The outfit is accurate down to the last detail; she really did a fine job with this cosplay; she even included Seras' fangs!
