Somewhere in a big industrial town, there's a secret factory runned by Cobra, wich processes and recycles Battle Adroid Troopers. Dr. Mindbender carefully watches the progress and is compagnied today by Cobra Commander and destro.

 

The machinery used here is scrap from several Hotwheels race tracks. Dumbster diving forever! ;D
