Westminster Pier

The paddle steamer Cleopatra arrives at Westminster Pier. The Cleopatra was built in 1898 for the Thames Steamboat Company by the Thames Ironworks at Blackwall. Commonly called a "Penny Steamer", it was a bit more than that if you wanted a return ticket or travelled over three miles.
