German made, it seems to be a 'badge engineered' model produced by the AKA company. They apparently turned out cameras alternatively named to distributors'
requirements. It is similar to AKA's own Arette line. AKA - Aparate-und Kamarabau GmbH. Friedrichshafen, Bodensee, Germany. This camera in fact has no name on it, just "Optina" impressed into the carry case top.
