CN 2023 Shoreview MN 11-3-18

Desperately in need of a wash, CN 2023 leads the eastbound L506 through Shoreview, MN. Although not audible on a still photo, this locomotive was having some prime mover issues and sounded like it was missing quite bad. It was also blowing out plenty of white smoke through the exhaust.
