A house of Bamboo mat walls and CGI sheet roof.. Well, this isn't Kalam's dream house but that’s where he lives with a wife of 26 (Senara Begum) and their three children aged between 9-14. The house was given to them by Care; so they had a place to stay, but not a place they had much to do with.
On November 15, 2007 Cyclone Sidr had taken away his previous house, and also the means of his livelihood: his fishing boats. He then had to start working as a daily laborer struggling to earn bread for the whole family. Three years after, he’s still struggling; because he has mouths to feed and a life to lead.
