Stone Mountain
Stone Mountain HDR shot reprocessed with Picturenaut. The first shot I don’t remember if I posted it here but it was done with Photomatix and at the time I didn’t know how to use Photomatix that well – some people like it but this is what I really wanted from the shot. It was such a beautiful morning with the sun rising into a wonderful sky and casting shadows on this mountain on the Alaska Highway. Shot taken in British Columbia, Canada. Just looked – I did post the first effort it in the Alaska Highway Set. On the first one I had used Fractalious on the sky because the clouds came out too blurry with three shots – they were moving pretty fast. On this one I masked the clouds back in from the middle exposure shot to get more detail. The detail in the mountain and the colors in the mountain are so much better and more realistic that the one I did with Photomatix.
