Fake or Real

I found this in a fare and the Sapera was telling to everyone that this is a 199 years old snake. He was also telling that when a snake grows upto 100 years it gets hair on it's head. I contacted the local zoo authorities and found that such kind of things are totally fake and hair are implanted.
