After the misfortune that struck our Icelandic adventure, in which we were pretty unlucky, we were able to get, without hesitation, into one of the most remarkable places I have ever been to. No doubt it was the highlight of the trip for me.
Ice formations that vary every year (they are never the same), astonishing shapes where water flows. Rivers also flowing through the cave, as well as from the ceiling. Hollows shaped just in a perfect circle, sometimes even egg-shaped letting the rays of sun break through... It was just an indescribable experience to witness such beauty of Mother Nature.
I just want to make you feel how I felt inside the Ice Cave. That "picture" was and will always be etched in my retina. Forever...
