Blueberry Cheesecake Macaron

Can you tell I didn't take any cake orders for March? I intended to take it easy as my Maternity Leave is coming to an end but then I went and bought powdered colours for macarons. Well... that was clever!!

These are tinted with 'Red Blueberry'.

The first thing that popped into my head was blueberry cheesecake et, voila!
