Rayzel's Adoption Certificate

This is the adoption certificate for my late cat, Rayzel Robinson-Crooks. I adopted her on October 6, 1997. She had been in the pound since October 2. She was glad to get out. We always celebrated her birthday on August 1. She passed away on December 18, 2014 at the age of 17.
