The exotic plumage of the male species is more spectacular than that of the female or so it would appear in this case!
While strolling around Dublin Zoo recently I noticed the Irish traditional singer, Sean Keane, and considered whether to talk to him or not simply to say how much I enjoyed his music but alas, to my shame, I hesitated too long and the opportunity was gone.
Sorry, Sean, I really should have been brave enough to follow my convictions and to speak to you!
