The "Ko-Reuben"! A Korean inspired take on the Reuben sandwich.

The idea came from "Food in my beard"'s recipe on Facebook.

Instead of corned beef, we smoke a pastrami. There's kimchi, gojuchang, and gochugaru in the Thousand Island dressing. The sauerkraut was replaced with kimchi. We added swiss cheese. And grilled it!

SO GOOD!
