Wind Turbines

Wind turbines in the California desert north of Palm Springs.

 

Note the rotation of the turbine heads from the first shot to the next. The wind turned 180*, from west to east, in the half-hour the kite was aloft, and the turbines rotated to better face the wind.

 

I used a kite to lift the camera.
