The wing stretch. Another one of this grebes trademark muscle stretch exercises. I have pre-focused and have my finger on the button of a shutter release cable, waiting for 'who knows what' to happen. So, when it (eventually) performed the 'stretch', I was ready to get off a shot quickly to capture this behavior.
