McDonnell F-101A Voodoo
1/144 styrene plastic kit.
Kit originally built between 1982-1985; repainted in 2001.
Kit made by Otaki of Japan.
This kit is painted after the first F-101 built, housed in a museum in Pueblo, CO. Believe it or not, my dad purchased this plane in 1976. After receiving some books in 2009, I discovered that the paint scheme is incorrect; however, all I had to go on was what I found on the website. 1/144 styrene plastic kit. It was stored at the Pueblo/Weisbrod Air Museum in Pueblo, Colorado from 1976 until March, 2010, when it was moved by the Evergreen Space and Air Museum in McMinnville, Oregon. You will soon be able to see it on display there.
