Union Pacific Trio Doing 40mph Just South of Bakersfield, CA
Taken from the car window with both car and train travelling at around 40mph, this trio of UP units will shortly arrive at Caliente where there will be a brief stopover before heading upgrade towards the famous loop at Walong. The skill here is to move the camera from left to right in a clean sweeping movement which should capture the train in focus whilst blurring everything else, which is not easy whilst driving and trying to eat a Big Mac!
