Semaphore Signal Wire Pulley Wheels Opposite Wrawby Junction Box

The high tension wires allow the signalman to remotely operate the semaphore signals in his charge. The image shows the various wheels, pulleys and tensioners opposite the Box at Wrawby. In the background an EWS Class 56 passes the box with a return coal working from Scunthorpe to Immingham Dock.
