EWS 66206 with the Roxby to Pendleton Empty Bins Uppermill Viaduct, Saddleworth, Greater Manchester.

The hills to the North of the line have long been a favourite location for train enthusiasts and photographers and I had made several visits to this location in the past, going back to the 60’s when Jubilee’s would haul passenger expresses and Black 5’s and 8F’s would be seen on freight and coal trains.

Today’s capture is EWS 66206 in charge of 6M07 the Roxby to Pendleton empty bins, running on time at a few minutes before 3.00pm.
