60051 Passing Brocklesby Junction

60051 is captured in charge of an Enterprise working passing through the disused station. Brocklesby Station was closed by British Rail in October 1993.

Built in 1848 specially for use by the Earl of Yarbrough, who was the Chairman of the Manchester Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway. It’s unusual to find a signal box actually located on a station platform. The box closed in December 2015.
