56089 With Return Empties from Ripple Lane, Barnetby-le-Wold.
Running as 6E86 56089 is seen passing through the station on its way back to Immingham with the empty cargowaggons from Ripple Lane. The outbound working, 6L70 had left the Mineral Quay, on schedule at 2200 hours the previous night with newsprint for the Stora Enso warehouse situated adjacent to Ripple Lane Motive Power Depot.
Originally scheduled with a class 37 up front, this was a regular Block Train working in the 1990's and early 2000's, which sadly ended, I believe in 2005.
56089 was built by BREL Doncaster and entered service on January 25 1981. Withdrawal from service came in September 2008.
