CSX Drifts Down River and Under the Bear Mountain Bridge, Hudson Valley, New York.

On a glorious Autumnal afternoon a pair of CSX locos with Autoracks wind their way down the Hudson River on CSX's 136 mile long River Line, connecting Selkirk NY and Jersey City NJ. Norfolk Southern and Canadian Pacific trains occasionally also use this freight only line. Passenger trains on the Hudson use Amtrak's/Metro North Hudson line which can be seen on the opposite shore.

The train is about to pass under the Bear Mountain River Bridge, ceremonially named The Purple Heart Veterans Memorial Bridge.
