Fisher building walkway curves

I took this shot on the walkway between the Fisher building in downtown Detroit. I had just gotten a shooting lesson from my friend Derek. He had just been teaching me about how to shoot shapes and this was the result! We had just walked across and I turned around real fast and took this, not really focusing, just point and shooting! I thought it came out pretty neat though. The Fisher Building was built in 1928 and is located in the New Center area of downtown Detroit. It was built by the proceeds of the sale to GM. The style is Art Deco, using limestone, granite and marble and rises 30 stories! This great landmark was designed by Albert Kahn and is considered Detroit's largest art object.
