Inspiration

I was following John (@johnswoodenware) on Instagram and really enjoyed seeing his work.

 

Then he posted a picture of this little beauty and I had to have it. A Cherry wood spoon with nice, simple lines and a beautiful ring pattern.

 

On my way to Haliburton, we sidetracked over to Curve Lake to meet with John and to purchase the spoon.

 

I hope to get the opportunity to carve with John in the future.
