Near downtown, Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts (NOTA) is laden with art studios and galleries, businesses and restaurants and residents of all kinds, and the community's premier arts and cultural institutions. As evidenced by this impromptu (and temporary) art installation crafted by the photographer and his son, the neighborhood exudes and inspires creativity.
