As part of the Lakeshore Complete Streets project, the sidewalks on Lake Park from Rand to the mid-block crosswalk are being widened by six feet.
This shot was taken from Rand facing to the west. Sidwalks were widened to better accommodate AC Transit buses and also to create a more pedestrian-friendly connection between Grand and Lakeshore.
