Playground for adults, 2004. Collaboration project with Jair Straschnow. By the use of innocence and familiar icons; playground elements, we turn the ordinary into a spectacle. Most human initiated intended actions are aiming at some sort of benefit. The ‘ground’ will serve for investigations of non-profitable behaviour and purposeless action. Immediate satisfaction is reduced to impossibilities, and stagnation is more present than any activity. _ Location; Stedelijk museum Aalst, BE. Size; width 4 x length 4 x high 2,5 m.
