Not at all happy

Day Eight: Lewis had been increasingly miserable during the day. He was stiff as a board and clearly in pain, but we didn't know why. Thankfully a member of the cardiac team called us and asked the right questions which brought us back into the ER that evening. If we had left it another day he could have gone into complete kidney failure.
