This is Design xxxx per the rainlap diagram on the rear of top left Panel A1. Note: This billboard did not have a design number like most of the other UnCola billboard.
I've dated it to 1972 or 1973 based upon its inclusion in the 1973 Dimensions quarterly #47 booklet from 1973. It could also be from earlier.
21'x10' vintage billboard acquired in Mint condition.
It has 12 panels at 43" wide x 59" tall.
I know of at least 3 copies of this image (all in my possession) in this 21'x10' Size "A" billboard size.
The illustrator and their image was NOT featured in a small American Contemporary Graphics booklet from about 1971-72:

This image was featured on pages #19 & 20 in issue #47 of the "Dimensions" quarterly booklet published in the Fall of 1973 by the Simpson Lee Paper Company - this time focused entirely on 7Up billboards:
