I can find no information about this horizontal poster although the family looks similar to the characters in The Jetson's, That animated show originally aired on primetime TV from September 23, 1962, to March 17, 1963. The artistic style is also very reminiscent of the innocence depicted in 1960's graphics.

This vintage poster is in New Old Stock (NOS) mint condition and available on eBay, along with a number of colorful 7Up UnCola posters from 1969 to the mid 1970's:

The phrase "Another Service Of The B W D A Inc" appears in the bottom right corner. I'm guessing the long forgotten bicycle wheel logo was for some Bicycle Wholesale Distributors Association, or possibly a precursor to the Bicycle Product Suppliers Association in existence today. Please let me know if you can provide any information about this ad campaign.
