I discovered this great cake and coffee shop while walking around Sapporo. It is called the FRUITCAKE FACTORY and it serves-up a delicious variety of fruit tarts and cakes.
There is an open kitchen in the store so you can see the chefs patiently preparing the toppings and making the tarts and cakes.
