SMASHfestUK Earth and Sky Tour 2017 @ Bradford Science Festival
SMASHfestUK went on the third leg of our 'Earth and Sky' tour, heading out of London, to Bradford, for the first time. With sponsorship from the Royal Academy of Engineering and the UK Space Agency, and the support of Middlesex University, the University of Greenwich and lots of wonderful local schools, engineers, artists and scientists, volunteers and organisations, we built an outdoor festival with the Survival Village and Space Camp erupting out of the Supervolcano into Bradford City Park and the Mirror Pool! Thank you to everyone who visited, participated and contributed. It was another blazingly bright, uplifting and AWESOME couple of days! A first for SMASHfestUK in the wonderful city of Bradford, and the start of UK wide SMASHing!
