Vandalism and Water Pollution at Mute - swan Sites

I have found out that only at the natural space of swans. If you have none swans at rivers, ponds, and lakes, there it is not so dirty. But these vandals attack them also. The City of Dresden is not cleaning these sites and the rubbish stays there. Animals are getting injuries because of it.
