I do not believe I am at all effeminate when in drabbe mode. But as "Laurette" I think it is important to get into the role deeply. IOW I make every effort NOT to exhibit typical male characteristics--in speech, in hand movements, in overall body comportment. But, understand, not overly so--I do not want to be seen as a caricature, like the image of a "man in a dress."
