Hawk Hunting

This picture was inspired by my view of the setting sun coming through the winter trees on my commute home from my job as an elementary art teacher. Creating it involved spraying pearlescent inks on moistened Arches watercolor paper, followed by painting the branches in acrylic with a fine brush.
