the man in the green (striped) suit
assemblage: in wood fruit box, water color paint, metallic paint, doll head, plastic doll, plastic (army) action figures, marble, xerox paper, tumbled glass, beads, cord, mesh.
the mesh that usually covers the box has been lifted up to the top so that i could take a photograph. when i hang the piece i will lower the mesh.
the photograph is taken head on. therefore the sides, which are painted and collaged are not shown in this photograph.
i like using tangerine boxes.
after enjoying the fruit i get to use the box for small intimate art pieces.
friends and family also give me their boxes after they are done with the fruit.
