Heres what I eat now days, from left to right breakfast, lunch dinner.

Maca powder, cabacu powder, pollen, mushroom powder, propolis, pura cacao chocolade, raw maca powder, grounded sesami seeds, Salt flake salt and tree differend kinds of local power grains that makes a one heck of a porrige!
