MONSANTO FLINT PROTEST AT FEDERAL BUILDING, WAS PRESS OBLIGATED TO COVER THIS STORY?

On 05/25/13 on the Steps of the Federal Court House Downtown City of Flint Michigan there was a protest that no press came to.[that I am aware of.] 150 Citizens mostly from the Flint area some from a two hour drive away on a Memorial Holiday weekend protested the International Corporation Monsanto and the damage it is doing to our farmers and the food stuffs we consume. No press why? This was an International event?? Let a Mott pass gas and it gets reported here , and not 150 people protesting on the Federal Court House steps?
