NGC2264 - Christmas Treet Cluster and Cone Nebula

Tthis is the Christmas Tree Cluster and Cone Nebula in the Constellation of Monoceros and is about 2600 light years from earth.

 

The image consists of:

8x600S frames in R, G and B respectively

21x600S frames in Luminance

18x1200S 3nm HA Frames from Adam Shewan

25 Darks

25 Flats for each filter

 

The data was gathered on the following dates

16th January 2016

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 14th February 2016

11th March 2016
