Jackfruit pitstop

I was excited to see whole jackfruit for sale on the bridge since we usually just bought the sweet meat separately at the markets. I got about half a decent sized jackfruit for 50k dong, which i'm sure was a tourist price. I probably took me 45 minutes to get the meat out from the sappy skin and inner bits later, but it was totally worth it.

 

There were a bunch of people selling fruit, corn, and other snacks along the way.
