volleyball layout
This is a inverted L type of layout. Volleyball is my favorite sport, and I have been looking on sites at home for clubs, so I thought that I would have one. I started, with the volleyball in the background. I decreased the opacity of it so it wasn't so dark. Then adding the side and top border, two different blues. I looked up pictures and came up with six. The first one is a male passing. Second a women serving. Third a girl passing. Fourth a young girl setting. Fifth a women diving for the volleyball. And sixth a player is attacking the ball. I wanted to get a male in at least one picture because males play volleyball too, and they are very good. With all of the photos i out on there a; inner shadow, drop shadow, outer glow and inner glow. I also added a passing icon in the right inner corner. I copy and pasted one volleyball, and then duplicated it four time, making them the background of the navigation text. The navigation text 9home, clubs, shoes, clothes, contacts0 are all on different layers. I used the magnetic lasso tool for the volleyball in the top left corner, and then made the lines, so it looks like it is flying. I think that this site would be visited my anyone from the ages 12 to 30ish, who are looking for a team, clothes, clubs, and a great way to have fun. The Logo on here, to say put on a business card, would be the flying volleyball or the upper left hand corner, of the stick man passing the ball, then the "live it up" would go along with it.
