Harvington Hall, Worcestershire
It is believed that there has been a manor house on this site since the 13th century. However, most of what remains today dates from the Tudor period. Much of the guided tour majors on life in those times and the subsequent Catholic persecution following the Reformation. There are several ‘Priest holes’ to be discovered about the house. Today, Harvington Hall is owned by the Catholic Church. Well worth a visit.
