Battery-electric Van Hool Exqui.City24 in Malmo
Rare are three-piece articulated buses, although of those that exist, Van Hool accounts for what must be the vast majority if not all of them in Europe. Its Exqui.City platform is also built in more standard 18m, two-piece format, but Skanetrafiken in Sweden has two batches of maximum length examples - one made up of hybrids, and the more recent other using battery-electric power. Of the latter, bus 4439 is seen here in outside Malmo Central Station working an 8 journey to Vastra Hamnen.
