They form part of Mayor Steve Rotheram's plans to revolutionise buses in the Liverpool City Region that also include the now-typical hare-brained intention to reregulate services via the franchising mechanism, despite there being little to no indication where the substantial sum of money to pay for that will come from.
Meanwhile, back in the real world, Enviro200EV 7003 (LJ67 DME) passes the Empire Theatre on the final part of its journey into Liverpool city centre on an 18 journey.
