NSW-Warratah (shot on negative film)

This shrub grew on the edges of Wattamolla carpark just waiting to be photographed. Love Warratahs :)

The flower head is about 12cm and really stands out in the bush. The plant is protected but is available from nurseries and can be grown in the garden in the right soil. The one in our garden died :(
