I'm not sure what was worse yesterday, the punishing wind or the continuous, harsh sunlight in a cloudless sky. I was wondering if the forecast clouds were going to appear. But they did.
I found myself just South of Dovestone Tor when the light broke, just for a few minutes. I managed to catch the light hitting Pike Low with the patchwork fields on its Southern flanks.
