Bird-eye hut The Kiekkaaste in Nieuwe Statenzijl is the only bird-watching hut in the Netherlands that is located outside the dykes. Birdwatchers have a beautiful view of the mudfields of the Dollard, where hundreds of colorful sandpipers can often be seen from the bird watching hut.
