The style of an urban landscape
Sad when a parking lot seems more profitable than a building. Or at least that's what I thought, looking at this fine old building. Downtown parking in a lot on a Sunday is $5.00/per half hour... $10 maximum. $6 is the going rate for 2-hour street meters, sometimes more. This building would make great studios or lofts or apartments with those nice long windows, but we shall see.
